The little robot on our logo, and the boss of the crew.

Hoist runs the crew. A big job comes in, he splits it into small ones, hands each to the bot that does it best, checks every one gets done and tells you when it all is. In real life he’s the orchestrator agent: the one that turns “a new customer just called” into every step that follows.
